To help you navigate the island and our country in the best possible way, we have provided a list of guidelines to make your stay the perfect one. As a general rule, please follow the following guidelines to stay safe wherever you are in the hotel.
Be diligent and always note exits and emergency procedures of the building where you are in. The fire exits on your floor are clearly marked.
A little something you should know
Carefully read the fire exit plan, displayed on the rear of your room door.
Locate the extinguisher & alarm nearest to your room.
We recommend you study the fire & tsunami evacuation & assembly points of the hotel.
General Guidelines
Do not smoke in bed.
Do not throw smoldering material into the wastebasket.
Disconnect all electrical appliances after use.
Cooking in the room is strictly prohibited.
In Case of Fire
Call the Telephone Operator or Reception immediately (Ext.0 or 701).
If it is a minor fire, use the nearest available extinguisher.
If it is a major fire, please leave the area quickly, taking the room key with you.
Please go directly to the nearest fire assembly point.
Stay calm.
Staff
All hotel staff can be identified by their name badges and uniforms.
Accommodation
Children should be supervised on balconies/sundecks.
Do not climb or stand on balcony furniture. Keep all balcony furniture away from the railings.
Take care in bathrooms as condensation & water spray can make the surface slippery
Beach / Snorkelling
Take care when snorkelling & swimming: be aware of rip currents & strong tides.
Never swim alone, make sure there are other people around you.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Swimming at night is not recommended.
Snorkelling alone is not recommended.
Condensation and AC Operation
To avoid condensation, do not keep balcony door open while air conditioning is switched on
Coral Rules
Wear Coral shoes while out at sea
It is prohibited to damage / remove coral from the ocean and is punishable by the Maldivian Law
Do not touch / step on coral
Sea Swimming
Beware of strong currents & submerged rocks
Advised to wear life vests while snorkeling / swimming
Advised to stay close to the shoreline while swimming
Nude bathing is prohibited and punishable by the Maldivian Law
Beware of dangerous fish
It is prohibited to damage / remove coral and fish from the ocean and is punishable by the Maldivian Law

Pets are not allowed in our property.
